fukk no. At best, that's an assumption anyway based on loose evidence of fighting behavior during the match. It may not have even been that deep. He might've just had to get the door or had a kid situation happen or something. I have no idea really unless they message me afterwards, lol.
And even if that was the case definitively, i wouldn't feel bad at all. While I get being frustrated a bit when the match don't go you way for whatever reason, I think folks needs to relax a bit on taking it too far into their feelings with these games. They're just games at the end of the day. If money isn't on the line and/or this isn't your livelihood, then just take a break or something and try again later. Wattch the fight back if you fixated on improving or at least beating that person or look up some tips on character matches ups, etc. Or play another fukking game even, lol.

Alpha - Sagat (?, I've heard Nash too oddly)
1 - Ryu
2 - no winner but I've heard Akuma basically gets the W since he killed bison
4 - ?

There are no agreed upon winners outside of SF1. It's heavily implied in Chun's 3S story that she won SF2. But still nothing concrete. The Alpha era doesn't have tournaments. The Alpha series is basically following the characters around during the aftermath of SF1
Also the only SF games that involve tournaments are 1-3. (And I guess 6?) 1 is hosted by Sagat, 2 by Bison, 3 by Gill. SF4 and 5 are more like the Alpha games where they're focused on the characters.
