While the court speeds are indeed closer to each other and the balls are being universally panned...I also think Sinner/Alcaraz are just better than the majority of the tour.

Sure, more extremes in court & ball speed differences would probably create some odd results, fact is Sinner & Carlos would still win the majority of their matches and big tournaments.

It's crazy to me people haven't realized Carlos doesn't really struggle with faster court speed, it's more about the ball bounces. Low bouncing courts give him a lot of problems. It's why Sinner has beaten him at Wimbledon.

True. And the US Open hard court bounces higher than the Australian Open hard courts right?
