I can't wait! My quick predictions for the event:

MAIN CARD (FOX Sports 1, 8 p.m. ET)

Mauricio Rua vs. Chael Sonnen [via UD, Shogun gasses and Sonnen takes over. I'm hoping for a patent Shogun KO]
Travis Browne vs. Alistair Overeem [via TKO, Overeem comes in motivated and finishes Browne early.]
Yuri Alcantara vs. Urijah Faber [via UD, back and forth battle with Alcantara coming out on top. Alcantara is a pretty big under-dog, but I believe he comes in hungry and takes a close fight.]
Matt Brown vs. Mike Pyle [via TKO, Brown has looked like an animal in his last 4-5 fights. I see him taking an early TKO.]
Uriah Hall vs. John Howard [via UD. I see this fight staying on the feet, which is Hall's strong point. Howard is tough though, but he's a small MW and is coming in on short notice. Not a good combination.]
Michael Johnson vs. Joe Lauzon [via sub. Lauzon is better pretty much everywhere, I see him finishing Johnson early in the fight.]

PRELIMINARY CARD (FOX Sports 1, 6 p.m. ET)

Michael McDonald vs. Brad Pickett [via UD. McDonald has huge power, but I don't see him finishing a tough fighter Pickett.]
Max Holloway vs. Conor McGregor [via UD, another upset I predict. I see this being a close fight, with Holloway taking the slight edge. The hype for McGregor is getting too crazy.]
Mike Brown vs. Steven Siler [via UD. Brown's experience will be the difference maker in this fight. I just realized there's 3 Brown's on this card.]
Diego Brandao vs. Daniel Pineda [via KO. Brandao comes out aggresive and finishes Pineda early.]

PRELIMINARY CARD (Facebook, 4:30 p.m. ET)

Manny Gamburyan vs. Cole Miller [via TKO. Gamburyan cracks Miller's chin and finishes him in the second.]
Cody Donovan vs. Ovince St. Preux [via UD. St. Preux is the better fighter, I see him taking a clear cut decision.]
Ramsey Nijem vs. James Vick [via UD. I see this fight staying standing and Nijem is the better striker.]

The weigh ins got me pretty hyped. shyt is gonna be good. I'm really curious about that Conor VS Holloway.

The only fight i can really see being not good is the main event. The rest should all be fun. I'm worried about Reem tonight. It's definitely a fight he can lose. I'm interested to see if he can land a knee because of how Browne moves. I think that Greg Jackson stick and move gameplan will be in full effect tonight.

i also agree with you on the chance of a Yuri upset.

MAIN CARD (FOX Sports 1, 8 p.m. ET)

Mauricio Rua vs. Chael Sonnen
Rua truly reminds me of a lhw Penn. A dude who just coasted on talent but never put in real work. And now its catching up with him as we saw in his last two fights with his terrible cardio and sloppy fighting. If he doesn't catch Sonnen in the first few minutes, he will get taken down and destroyed.
Travis Browne vs. Alistair Overeem
This should be easy for reem as he is better then brown in all facets, but this is overeem we are talking about. He looked progressively worse in the rounds against silva and his chin is still plaster. I can see Browne landing a shot and getting the upset KO.
Yuri Alcantara vs. Urijah Faber
I think this will be a tough fight for faber. Alcantara has a solid ground game so I doubt faber will sub him like he's last two fights. But faber is well rounded and can mix everything up. I think he gets the UD

Matt Brown vs. Mike Pyle
Both this guys are on winning streaks and I think the winner should get someone like ellenberger. Brown is an absolute beast and should beat the fukk out of Pyle if he doesn't get taken down
Uriah Hall vs. John Howard
I don't believe in Hall. That tuf finale showed that something mentally is missing. And we have seen this with guys from tuf over and over. This should be strictly striking as I believe this is a gimme fight to showcase hall. But I can see howard being more motivated and getting the UD
Michael Johnson vs. Joe Lauzon
Johnson is a striker but a terrible grappler which should play right into lauzon's strengths. I can see him taking johnson down and subbing him easily

PRELIMINARY CARD (FOX Sports 1, 6 p.m. ET)

Michael McDonald vs. Brad Pickett
I like pickett, but Mcdonald is that mcdonald new breed of fighters whos well rounded. I can see him getting the UD
Max Holloway vs. Conor McGregor
Holloway got stiffed in his last fight so I can see him extra motivated and getting the win, especially with all the hype Conor has. But I think McGregor is for real and will KO him in the 1st

Mike Brown vs. Steven Siler

Diego Brandao vs. Daniel Pineda
Brandao by TKO

Great card on paper, lots of intriguing matchups. Especially looking forward to the bantamweight and featherweights bouts and hoping Shogun can get the victory
