Thinking about copping a universal remote brehs.

right now, i'm working with 6 remotes in total. TV, Receiver, Cable Box, Blu-Ray, 360, and Apple TV.

obviously I use the cable remote the most, but i feel like at some point, they all get some kind of use.

also, i just feel like getting something new, and i saw some remotes on amazon.

anybody messing with any of these Harmony Remotes -

i thought about the Touch Screen remote at first, but apparently the placement of the FF/RW/PLAY buttons is a real hassle according to reviews.

I have the One. Actually two of them. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. One of the best electronics I've ever bought. Controls everything in the house. If you decide to get one, get the one that has RF controls so that you can control stuff inside cabinets and in closets.

I've messed with some phone/table variation for all the things I could. The Apple Remote for Apple TV is probably the best solution to the remote problem. I know Xbox has that Smartglass thing too, but for most of those other Hardware, you need some kind of Intermediary device to be able to use your phone as a remote.
