Yes it had its fukkery moments but cotdamn it was so much kick ass wrestling around that time. Cowboy Bill Watts brought that Old School Rasslin feel back for that time period and of course you had Paul E booking some of the shyt at that time as well. Once Hogan got signed, Quality went down the shytter

The First part of 94 was pretty solid. Steamboat and Flair had their rematch at Spring Stampede which was crazy. The War Games 94 featured the return of Big Dusty. Hell even the first Hogan/Flair had a great big fight feel and was booked WAY better than the WWE bullshyt.

They could have had Flair/Hogan rematch at Starcade instead of rushing that shyt at Halloween Havoc and forcing Flair to "Retire" That shyt became so terrible afterwards.Tthey had Hogan and Beefcake main eventing Starrcade 94 :shaq2:

my nikka 2 cold scorpio blowing these nikkas minds with his innovative high flying...him and bagwell winning the tag belts is one of my favorite memories
ron winning the wcw title from vader
the vader- cactus jack matches :huhldup::wow:
the sting-vader matches :ohmy::wow:
rude-steamboat :wow:

Scoripio and Benwiah had a great match at Superbrawl 3. I felt WCW went OD with those time limit draws but I believe they wanted to show that they had better workers than the competition

Yea, great post. Sting vs. Vader, Steamboat vs. Rude, Steiners vs. Gordy and Williams. Hell, the Steiners vs. anybody. The Dangerous Alliance. Rhodes and Windham. Just a bunch of amazing wrestlers doing what they do best. Also, RON SIMMONS BECOMING THE 1ST BLACK HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION. I did hate Bill Watts instituting the "No top rope" rule. That was some bullshyt.

'93 didn't have the same luster as '92 but it did have the reign of Big Van Vader. He kicked ass and was a legit monster heel. Austin and Pillman as the Hollywood Blondes. The return of Flair. The Nasty Boyz. 2 Cold the GAWD.

'94 had those crazy matches with the Nasty Boyz and Cactus Jack, Maxx Payne, and Kevin Sullivan. Flair worked with matches with Vader, Steamboat, and Sting.

The story and specifically that match still hold up well, perfect finish. .. the desperation in the way Flair was holding Vader down with the rollup pin he got him with. Such simple but effective storytelling

it also added that vader was purposely stiffin the fukk out of flair forcing flair to legit fight back
