We kind of need one of these here I think. It's be good to see what other folks are playing and get some input.
I'm currently playing through Enslaved. A very overlooked game when it came outs very entertaining though and a real decent story for an action game. The character interactions between the 2 main characters is very very good. You really feel for them.
Also playing the Ni No Kuni demo. Definitely buying this when I get paid on Wednesday. Huge fan of Studo Ghibli, and this seems like it meshes one of their beautiful worlds and some awesome Tales of type gameplay. Huge fan of the Tales series as well, so I've no doubt this will be one of my favorite games of the gen. 2013 doesn't look too shabby for games
Anyone recommend any JRPGs? There weren't very many good ones this gen. I started Resonance of Fate, and maybe I didn't give it enough of a shot. I just wasn't a big fan of its grid like map system, and for the 10 or so hrs I played it, the combat seemed pretty bland and repetitive. I've heard good things about Lost Oddyssey. Might pick that up since its cheap. I need some JRPG action though.
Besides that shyt though, also playin a lil XCOM still. Lost my attention for almost a month, but picked it up again this past weekend, and it's still fukking addictive. I feel every soldier that I lose in battle.
