They are culling the population by any means available to them. I was laid off recently and luckily qualified for unemployment. The person that walked me through the process then asked me if I wanted to apply for SNAP benefits. Long story short, I've been eating real good thanks to food stamps. I've been paying into these programs my entire life and am very glad they are here when I and others need them.
