Dude who works for my company got let go because he was letting somebody use his discount and the dummy bragged about it to a dealer who complained to the company.

Dude was a good guy too, worked himself all the way up to basically the highest position you can get without a degree and it took him probably 10 years to do it. And he wasn't in the position for a year.

Brehs dont ever let anybody compromise your career on some "lemme get this" bullshyt. Someone wants something from you, do it on the square and on the books. Don't let anybody fukk up everything you worked for on some "man hook a brother up!" guilt trip.

I hurt for the man, going to be tough coming back from this

Cousin turns around and lets someone else use it who goes out and buys a really expensive item that automatically triggers some kind of review. And that's how he got fired. His damn cousin fukked up his career.

man, let me tell you. In HS one of my fball teammates worked at this bomb wing spot near school. Just a little independent spot with some bomb ass wings, tons of flavors, etc. Man, this nikka used to give us free wings all the time! You order a 6 piece he gave you 12. Sometimes he'd just slide by our table and drop some free fries or whatever. All off the books. We were up there damn near everyday, especially during NFL and NBA playoffs.

He never got fired but....the place closed down in like 6 months

It might be policy, but your attitude comes off like you're saying he's a piece of shyt....like he really did something....

Let's be real, like upper class nikkas don't do the hookup routine with family and friends....the cousin, family member, making small bullshyt purchases - who gives a fukk? [like policy violations never get overlooked in life]....but his cousin handing that shyt out to a third party to make a big purchase crossed a real line....that's some real inconsiderate shyt to do to a person who's hooking you up, especially when they're your family....

....a little wiggle room is part of enforcing a rule....shyt wasn't so far out of line to be a real issue until 3rd parties started logging onto his shyt....I'm not saying he should have gotten away with that aspect of it, but it was his cousin that took it there....
