The pre-match pat down by the referees

You know where they pat down wrists, elbow pads, knee pads, and boots. Most fans prob don't even pay attention to this nowadays.

Has anybody ever actually been caught with a foreign object on them at that time? If so, it's been so long I can't even recall.

They need to have a heel get caught trying to cheat or something. Just to shake things up a bit.
