Donald Trump rhethorics here.Dude works 24/7, him lending 1 hour of his time to show himself in a relaxed setting is nice to see. He could just have private parties that you would never hear about like they usually do.
For all we know he just came from 14 hours of work, took 1 hour break, to go to Brussels or whatever to keep on working, while waiting for AF1 to refuel. Compared with other presidents he doesn't take as much vacation, so whatever you are saying is irrelevant.
