Believe it or not, doctors are not the ones who have the final say in who gets what medication. Its the insurance companies, because they are footing the bill. Doctors can only prescribe based on standard tests. If your illness does not show up on one of these tests, they cannot give you shyt. They will get flagged by the insurance companies, because the insurance companies want to pay the bare minimum.
