The prospect of a Keith Thurman/Canelo fight?

I wanted to see Kell Brook vs. Thurman but it seems Kell Brook is ignored by other boxers in the mainstream but I don't see a Thurman and Canelo fight mentioned much, how do you think this one would play out?

Canelo is a middlewight masquerading as a welterweight/Jr middleweight. Thurman would be a fool to fight him as he doesnt have the defensive prowess as Floyd, isnt the A side if they did bang and cant weight drain Canelo, and wont have the power to hurt Canelo at that weight. Its not happening.
