Why yes, you see Xbox gamepass is available now on Android iOS and PC and streams damn near flawlessly. So it would just be the same thing on an Xbox, the quality would depend on your internet speeds. Nintendo is already doing this, Sony had a streaming service setup but it didn't work well... but let's stay on topic, yes you won't need a console to play games at all. TV's will have gamepass built in just like Netflix. There likely won't be consoles next gen imo
