The Race Track should be in Higher Learning, not JBO

There are too many interesting topics in the race track for it to be chucked into JBO.

JBO is nothing more than tons of porn threads whereas the race track, although ridiculous at some times, does have SOME interesting topics. It should be moved to higher learning so that more intelligent debate can go on in there. It didn't really deserve to get chucked there. The Race Track was already a dead forum, now it's going to be a literal ghost town.
