Lots of pockets in the midwest are HELLA racist. There was a town 20 minutes outside of my hometown called Pekin Illinois where from the 30s to 80s the high school team was called the Chinks. Straight up. The mascots were a boy & girl in stereotypical Chinese attire and they struck a gong when they scored. They would call the gym the Chink Rink. More recently, I knew a breh who skated out there who got kicked out of a spot with a bunch of white kids and he was the only one to get an actual ticket. shyt is just blatant like a muthafukka out there. The midwest in general has a lot of places on that

Most of the cops here are black
Those stats are based per 1 million people in these cities. NYC is the only city with over 1 million blacks. These stats are a bunch of what ifs. Looks like these stats were created to elicit an emotional response.
The plurality ( largest segment) of the police here are white, most of the police here are minority, mostly black, hispanic and Asian. White officers are the largest single race here in Baltimore.
