Mozzy one of these rappers who had no real street rep before he blew up rapping. The case can be made that since he got a name, he's been on some Suge/Puff shyt, he's definitely been involved in some shyt since. But Mozzy before he dropped "The Truth", he from where he from but he wasn't a factor over there.
