Bloggers acting like they got clout and talking shyt.

Radio personalities trying to steal shine.

DJs trying to create personas.

Label execs trying to become celeb figures..

I get it.

People gotta eat... but the artists are what the ENTIRE business revolves around.

No, thats one problem, but its not even close to being the main problem. Not by a long shot.

Drake is a fraud? By being easily the most honest artist out?

HE raps about nothing, he can't even write a good text, one of the worst lyricists I have heard this year.

"limit the sound of hip-hop" brehs. :mjpls:
This is what I mean. You're a clown. Drake makes OK music at best. Im not a Drake hater, and I actually like dude as a person all bullshyt aside. But his impact on the true culture of hip hop isn't really all that great. Drake is a real rapper, but he's not a hip hop artist, because.....he doesn't represent hip hop.
You nigggas have got to realize that a rapper does not equal and MC or hip hop artist.

this was going on in the mid 90's minus bloggers
the real problem is how the music industry lets the artists music get bootlegged
especially when naptser popped up in 99, they weren't the first but the most well known

the real problem is how the music industry lets the artists music get bootlegged
especially when naptser popped up in 99, they weren't the first but the most well known
the industry created the issues with bootlegging in the pop/disco market Era.
by creating large mass volume low quality work.
That crippled all of music and the industry.
They did the same large mass volume low quality production of material in the sales spike era.
Plus price gouge for profits in cd's like the tape and vinyl era conversion to cd with no price change.
So, spare us the fans bootleg this or that.
That was in response to an industry putting out large bait and switch low quality albums and poisoned their consumer base.
