Learned this concept last year. Used a position I held to gain leverage to get funding for this project. A few people was at first saying me and my boy shouldn't have got the funds and that they money should ahve been allocated elsewhere, but we got that shyt anyway.

i been following the Kwame Kilpatrick trial for some months now

nikka was throwing around contracts like nothing, taking money out the city funds, setting up bidding wars to get multi millions dollar contracts

and the craziest part is he would have been still doin this to this day. if he didnt piss off the wrong people
