Mullin is a hall of famer breh
He was a great player. But part of the reason that they ran Nellie ball was to attack team's confusion in transition and get open shots. UTEP2Step was their main creator and Latrell (after Mitch left) quickly became their second creator with Marci off the bench.
Mullin doesn't have the handles and wasn't strong enough to consistently get to the basket against somebody who can press you as well as Andre can.
He'd get his in transition, but 90's Warriors get ran off the floor if they play too fast.
