I hope the ramifications of this are far and wide. Plenty of qualified underprivileged kids have been denied access to the schools because of lack of connections and money. Plus you also have tax fraud to deal with.

On the flipside a lot of these schools bank on money and donations. A rich parent donation 3 million on top of education is worth more to them that some poor kid from the hood taking out a loan.
