Correct, 1856 is easily the best we just can’t find any on shelves. If you didn’t know, 1856 is the year Nearest started, 1886 is the year he retired.
Yes. I've been putting others on to it over the past year. After I stumbled upon the sisters interview on NPR, I made it my mission to select it as my chosen brand of whiskey. There's a breh out of Texas that makes vodka from hemp that's pretty good too. Also a vineyard here (outside Houston) ran by brehettes that makes good wine.

I’m in Houston. Put me on the details of the vineyard. Dusty Baker also has a wine label but I can’t find any details on his either.
