Passed by a local joint today and the place had a dancehall mix, masicka after masicka being played. Ugandans & Kenyans really love dancehall, one of the hottest songs out now in the region is a rendition of father jungle rhythm

It's no coincidence that one of the largest if not the largest African musical exports has dancehall roots, I still think he is at his best when he is in this element:
