I'm trying to move close to downtown and I'm looking at spots like I can't really afford downtown, probably gonna have to move to midtown.

I'm trying to find a spot very close to Marta, cause fukk that car shyt. I work at a Marta Stop in Peachtree Center. I'm gonna get rid of the whip cause it's much cheaper for me to Uber any place that I can't get to on Marta. Ain't nothing really cheaper than $1300 for a 1br. The spots I want like $1500 for a 1br some of them is studios They tryna kill a nikka

I work on Peachtree St. Everything wihin a few miles from my job is like $1600 and up. I don't even care about living in the hood. I just want a spot downtown close to Marta if I can.

I've actually found the cheaper spots in Buckhead. Not a whole lot cheaper, but cheaper.

No he's trying to get a spot within the downtown metropolitan area.. there are PLENTY of spots for half those prices on the surrounding areas

All Buckhead aint created equally. Lot of Lil Mexico Apartments in Buckhead. IMO you better off stacking your bread and just buying house on the westside with the grants they giving out. You'd probably put down less than 5k.

I debating on if I want a house. I wanna use this next year to decide. I know it's much more economical, but I don't have wife and kids right now and I just like living as close to the city as possible.
