Yo. Jimmy was one of the nicest guys you would ever meet. Media tried to make him into a loon when in reality he was kicking the most logic.

Salaries were not rising to meet the rises in COL in NYC not to mention we were just getting out of the ashes of financial collapse back then with the 08 mortgage crisis.

Coli would have called him a broke boy and had endless jokes on NYC etc but looks who’s crying now.

Not disrespect OP but the rent was incredibly high back then and everyone agreed at the time. That doesn't make him a prophet that just means nobody did anything to fix it...
yeah...this discussion in nyc has been going on nyc for almost 2 decades now...i remember back in 2002 this was a problem

Had no idea this dude was from NYC even though I'm from there myself:mjlol::francis:. But in my defense I was like 13/14 in 2010 so I wasn't paying attention to politics:ehh:.
