Rex is alright, he's a good defensive coach...but I personally wouldn't want a coach that openly admits another coach is superior to them...it means you'll always be at best second some how.

Whaley has done a good job building the roster, but I'm not sure he had any pull in hiring Marrone and Ryan. I'm pretty sure if he had final say, Rex would not coaching here. Too many yes man and holdovers from the Ralph Wilson regime are still here that Pegula wasn't smart enough to get rid of.

bills are just too undisciplined and conservative to win vs legit playoff teams. they been feasting on teams who have been struggling all year. as soon as they get a step up game- they get the beats.

i don't even think tyrod would have won this game, the defense was shook all game and confused. i think rex scheme is too complex cause dudes been out of position all game, schwartz had a more straight forward plan.

and its obvious woods and hogan can't get open consistently without watkins on the field. i don't wanna wave the white flag, but they have folded and been beaten decisively vs the teams who look like playoff teams this year.

I still like rex,as a jets fan. I wanted him gone though. He should have taken a couple years off from coaching,humbled himself and adjust. Instead he jumped at the bills job,obviously out of hurt pride from being fired from thenjets and wanting to be in their division.

He hasnt changed at all. Same undisciplined style. You knew he hadnt changed when he wouldnt stop talking about jace amaros comments about the jets situation under him. Full of pride and hubris.


I dont understand the bills hiring him or him wanting to be there. If anything he should have taken the falcons job.
