My mom live in #1, that almighty Fort Washington. I always love visiting her, Black people out there are doing great for the most part and most of them are keeping it 100% Black as well. Beautiful community fr it’s just a little TOO suburban because they wanna keep the property values up.

this is not somewhere I would ever consider living. EXTREMELY high property taxes despite below average schools. a house there comparably priced to mine has 3X the taxes

know people that live in Fort Washington at one point I was considering moving there.
That's the case of Prince george's county as a whole sky high property taxes and terrible public schools some of those school kids are kids of single mother strivers who can just pay her mortgage not nearly enough for private schools.2nd neighborhood, olympia fields, which is maybe 20-30 min from me is where r kelly lived.

That Ft Washington area looks kinda nice. How has Chump’s bullshyt affected the government workers in that area?

Honestly I’m not sure but I can’t imagine it’s been good cuz there are A LOT of government employees out there. Military as well. It really had the demos right it’s mostly that and business people. My stepdad is a musician so my folks live on the modest side and he’s not affected. Them waterfront properties tho, if you had a govt job that’s gon be tough….
