The last two I can't help but feel somewhere in the process of transfer, your personal consciousness would end.
Of course there are tons of roadblocks to immortality. Could you imagine wars over the ability to live forever? Shyt would be ridiculous. I don't think the rich are altruistic enough to share such a godlike ability with the less fortunate. It would be like that movie "About Time"
