North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
Guarantee he was sabotaged and forced to sell. Happens to so many black entrepreneurs. Oldest trick in the book.
He kept taking on investors who instead of helping grow the company they just got in for a quick buck. Eventually he took on so many investors that he didn’t control the company anymore.

He was definitely taken advantage up. They probably saw is business illiteracy and felt he didn’t even deserve to own a company which they used as justification to fukk him over.

Once he realized that the world of business was over his head, he should have sought out solid advice from other black entrepreneurs.
His biggest mistake was selling the rights to his fukking name. :ufdup:Deadly mistake.:snoop:
