the hope and prayer that father of the child is their to hold ur hand while pushing.

U raise that child 24/7 whether u are single or not to be the best kid(s) they can be and give them things u never had in your life

U shower them with so much love and affection so they know mommy will always be there for u

U bust your ass to work and get by to show them how to be a responsible adult or grown up

You guys are the real MVP in their lives and deserve much more recognition for the things u do
not disrespect or hatred from us men who dont understand what its like to be in your position

I was planting the herbs I got my mom for mothers day. I was cleaning out her flower boxes

I thought it was just dead plants and leaves...I threw it out on the ground


I look at the box...it was a new baby bird stugglin I look down its a nest and there is another one that fell with it, strugglin Nas was outside with me we put them back without touching them. But I am still scared the mother will abandon them cause of our smell... and I said it out loud Nas looking at me like:

I hope the mom comes back

Didn't realize Rae, was a mommy. It all makes sense now
