This a tale old ass time. I knew some nikkas in Jacksonville that would do this every single year for years at some football game. I think it was Ed Waters or some shyt. But some big football game every year on the Northside of Jacksonville. These nikkas used to clean up every year. I wonder if they still doing it
At my spot downtown these j’s be finessing the fukk out of these folks. I haven’t seen it happen in a while, but my building is attached to a big paid parking lot, and I’ve seen people come in the building saying they gave some dude some cash to park. Only thing is, the only way you pay is the pay station. Most these folks be visiting from out of town. But the look on they face be priceless when you tell them that wasn’t the parking attendant

Gotta blame some of the dumbass fans as well. Whenever I purchase Braves ticket, I buy official parking pass from the official Braves ticket website. I’m not listening to some bum with his pants sagging telling me where I need to park and pay him.
