I've been watching NBA since '99 and off top, no order, '09 Kobe, '16 Steph, '18 Harden easily clear this year's Shai. I guess its fair to say '25 Shai fits somewhere after that. And if he's Top 4 debatable in 26 years of me watching ball, that's still pretty damn good...

But those Kobe, Steph, Harden years are the apex versions of those players I feel like I saw. Maybe I haven't seen apex Shai yet, but I can't put '25 Shai over those versions, of those players...

I don't have a list just saying 87-88 Jordan is the best single season for a guard in history. Maybe the best season period since no one has ever done that.
