Draymond literally grabbed and picked up Beasley tryna foul him... and what D-Mo is doing is totally different dikkhead... having two arms putting down on a person arm/shoulder isn't what D-Mo did...

If you look closely, you'll see Beasley grab Draymond's arm with both hands/arms, Draymond then puts his hand around Beasley's head and tries to pull away with his other arm, Beasley's left arm clamps down on Draymond's arm - Beasley initiates the swing and then Draymond swings him around and Beasley falls to the floor.

There's no foul there.
