THat wouldn't surprise me either. They deserve a farewell tour for lasting this long even if only the first 7 seasons were funny.

That's something to think about. Who's writing it?
The first movie had a lot of the OG writers coming back. There are people who weren't involved in the first one that could be part of this one (Bill Oakley & Josh Weinstein, Conan, David X. Cohen). If it's just the current staff, I don't know how good it will be.
Also, whatever they decide to do, they should stick to it. They kept rewriting the first movie because of focus groups and most of what was in the original cut was taken out. I hope they're confident enough this time to say "fukk it" and do whatever they want.

The first movie was probably the most boring movie experience I had ever endured. My ex and I came out of the theater like
