I never got this, how come when women say they don't want to mess with any guy who has kids its ok and no one says shyt. But when a man says he doesn't want to date single moms you got people saying he's not a real man and try to assault his character

And the crazy thing of the people i know that say they wont date a person with kids the vast majority of them are female

Those are two different types of men and women. Women with children don't have an issue with dating men with children. Men with children don't have an issue dating women with children. It's usually the men and women that don't have children who say they don't want to date a man/woman with children. You have to take notice of who is filing the complaints.

I think people are allowed to have whatever type of standards as far as dating. However people with too high or just outright ridiculous standards are typically single and complaining about it and those are the ones you laugh at.

man, i wish i saved an old txt convo i had a few yrs back. some chick called me kinds of names for saying i didn't want to date a woman with kids. then when i told her she should probably seek men with children, she told me she don't want to date men with kids.

Yeah, when I didn't have kids I dated women that didn't have children. Well, I take that back, I dated women with kids but I wasn't really serious with them. The ones I saw myself serious with was the ones without children. Then when I had my daughter I dated women with children. It just so happened that I ended up marrying my wife and she doesn't have any children but when I had my daughter I was willing to be serious with someone that had children as long as they didn't have too many.

I had a friend who tried to tell me I was lame for having standard of not wanting to deal with single mothers. This is what she said

It's unfortunate that I have met decent women that have their ish together but they f**cked up along the way and had a child by a dude that saw them as p***y and not a wife. Not trying to but the flipside of the single-parent double standard is that single moms seemed to be looked down upon by dudes, whereas if you're a single dad, you're praised by women.

Personally speaking I don't have any kids so I prefer my man not to have any. And I think in general females don't wanna deal with dudes with kids because of all the drama with the bm( she can't stand the sight of another chick being around her kid) most dudes I know wouldn't mind dating a chick with kids because the bd don't trip out as much as a bm would
