The NFL has a cruel sense of irony, and tonight at Lambeau Field might be the perfect example. The Baltimore Ravens, a team built entirely around the transcendent talent of Lamar Jackson, find themselves fighting for their playoff lives without him. Meanwhile, the Green Bay Packers have already clinched a postseason berth in the most absurd way possible: by watching the Detroit Lions lose to a Vikings team that won a game with a quarterback who literally couldn't throw a forward pass.
With both Jackson and Jordan Love sidelined, we're getting a primetime showcase of backup quarterbacks in a game where both teams have something to chase for.
Green Bay is the NFC's 7th seed. But they can win the NFC North by winning tonight and next week. However, Chicago would need to lose to San Francisco and Detroit.
Baltimore, on the other hand, is staring down elimination. One more loss tonight and the Ravens' season could end in late December without their franchise quarterback ever touching the field when it mattered most.
Will the Ravens offense score enough with Tyler 'Snoop' Huntley at the helm?
Or will we see Baltimore's defense succumb to Malik Willis, who's already proven he can manage games for Green Bay. Willis has a chance to make himself a ton of money tonight by simply avoid mistakes while letting the Lambeau cold and the Packers' ground game do the rest.
