My cousin lives in Brookhaven not far from Costco and he's legit the only black person in his neighborhood, go one mile up Peachtree and its little Mexico (Chamblee). Atlanta aint never been a all black city........unfortunately

Yea, I used to live over there. There’s pockets but Brookhaven BEEN a gentrified area, if it ever was black to begin with. Buford Hw is basically little Mexico and Asia.

Black ATL is really mostly old Decatur, west side, south side and downtown but even then the black neighborhoods are being smoked out by new money
