Plus, Conley and Allen... two of the game's better perimeter defenders were still getting cooked by Tony Parker

Norris Cole will do a good job but I don't think he's as good as those two guys defensively.

not only that, Parker won't have to extend ANY energy guarding them on defense like he did while being matched up against Conley and periodically against Curry, Barnes, and Klay Thompson

Well, Game 1 was a close one. That's good for entertainment value. Blow outs aren't fun to watch.
I'm a fingernail-biter. Bad habit for a long time. I bite my nails in close basketball games, NCAA or NBA. I don't have any nails left for Game 2.
