I don't think young guys can do that unless it's at the end of a practice, cause you need rebounders and passers to get you the ball. But it's clearly a great drill to use.

Any decent shooter can spot up and make 5/7 around the world, but that shyt's not easy when you're throwing in step backs, and shooting off the dribble with your momentum going forward.

You just need one breh with you. We used to do shooting drills like this when I was a kid (untimed though).
