According to the story, Barron Trump, 19, was dating a man some users identified as an Argentine ballroom dancer named Carlos Strasser. One user said Donald Trump himself closed multiple floors of Trump Tower for a date between the pair.

The rumor shared on TikTok allegedly revealed, “Carlos, the Argentinian ballroom dancer, who’s now dating Barron. Well, I don’t think the father knew anything about this. So, Donald closed not just the floor Barron was on but three floors above and three floors below. This was breaking news.” (via Snopes)
However, sources close to the Trump family reveal, “This is total nonsense. Barron is not dating anyone. He’s focused on school and staying out of the spotlight.” It’s revealed that he’s currently single. The rumor reportedly stemmed from AI-generated photos and fan-made edits. But there’s no proof whether a guy named Carlos Strasser exists in real life and has any connection to the president’s son.
Barron is currently a student at NYU’s Stern School satellite campus in Washington, D.C. During a conversation with his granddaughter Kai, Trump shared an update about Barron’s academics in the vlog. When Kai asked about Barron’s time at NYU, Trump said, “Good, he’s doing good. He’s a good boy. He loves you. He said, ‘Say hello to Kai, Dad.” He further added, “I said, ‘Barron, why don’t you come out and watch?’ … he’s so cute.” (via Hindustan Times)
