My airbnb rental the guests MUST sign a seperate liability rental agreement when booking including security deposit and registering every occupant. you violate the terms or over guest limit your rental is terminated, property asst calls security/police and they put you out per terms of contract asap. Property has motion sensored cameras all over so I can see all movement of guests entering/leaving my property with alerts in real time so I know at all times no matter where I am whats poppin at the rental...some people told me this approach would limit my rentals on the contrast shyt stay booked out and luckily because these steps I never had somebody violate my shyt cause people be way different if they know its accountability and a security deposit on deck
