Backstage Update on TNA Morale
According to PWInsider.com, there's a bitterness amongst TNA employees as the backstage feeling is the company does not appreciate the hard work put in by the staff. TNA hasn't issued many raises in the past few years, and has left many in the company feeling under appreciated.

It's also being said that TNA President Dixie Carter isn't as approachable as she once was, and she tends to exist in her own world.
