They did...it's kind of ironic that it's done all the time with movies/in magazines...they'll drop in a background, but it seems silly when the average person does it...I guess cause only celebs are supposed to fake their lives!

I blame it on the sheer level of bs ads that demonstrate a pattern of unrealistic lifestyles. People feel if they are not "conventionally" beautiful or living the way they feel they ought to be, then they will become an object of ridicule to those around them. It wasn't always like this.
