My only criticism of donovan is man does he shuffle a line up. I dont think I saw a stretch of even 3 minute where the same 5 stayed on the floor. Hard to get a rhythm going with all those line up changes. Maybe its him struggling to find a line up that works. Idk.
I'm going to say it again. We should have traded lauri on draft night.

Lauris actually looked pretty good so far, but yeah the injuries already are frustrating

Not really about his play good or bad. Its about getting a good asset for him before his next injury
We likely won't get that now. And he likely gone in the off season and we get no return.
AK is not going to give him a big deal. As he shouldn't. We just not in a place in our rebuild to be handing big deals to anyone.
If lauri is playing great and its leading to more wins, playoff appearance etc then sure give him the deal. But honestly watching the games there's a reason we kept increasing leads while he was on the bench.

yeah I hear you, it would suck to not get anything back for him if he left. I could also see why AK would want to get a clean look at him before deciding his future here
the tough thing is that the 2021 FA market has dried up, so Lauri will be a player teams will look at, especially if he plays at this level all season
can always sign/trade him too since hes restricted or look to move at trade deadline
already has a vet looking game at 19 years old
I’m hoping the lineups get consistent as the season goes on and we don’t see guys like Hutch, Gifford, and archie. Lauri and fat pat been the best surprises so far
best draft pick since Buckets ..seems to have same type of maturity/attitude as a player
I'd like to see him closing games, especially with how sound he's been on defense.
