China’s economy has been tanking since Covid. Hong Kong is a catastrophe. They’re propping up Russia in the Ukraine. The bolded would put china into the dark ages.
American companies aren’t going to just “not make money”. It will be uncomfortable for their margins but they’ll survive and take their IP out of China. That certainly would put them into the dark ages since all they do is poorly reverse everything they get their hands on and never innovate a single fkn thing. 1 billion people in that country and nobody can think for their fkn selves, it really amazes me nobody has invented a new pc or something big over there.

It’s no secret we are Chinas biggest customer. They can’t sell all their $1 stor shyt to themselves :pachaha:

We would re-establish manufacturing in Mexico and Chinas economy would fkn tank while Europe conducts more business with us/Mexico.

The only thing that would really suffer are the already ridiculous profit margins these corps have, they would just have to adjust to bringing in less money.
Yeah, only thing I'd hate about it though is the pollution it'd draw stateside seeing how most of Mexico's factories they're building for us are right on/near our border. We'd need a plan to counter the potential desertification and pollutants our youth will have to deal with and the environmental effects of things like the increase of waste management on our continent.

Especially if Mexico decides to take on more of the world's manufacturing, that smog will make our cities (many of which already got an ugly problem) exponentially worse.

Didn’t think about that, Houston is 8 hours from the border so it would def get hit with worse air quality :beli:

Move that shyt further south into Mexico City or even Puerto Vallarta instead :heh:
