- It was in between early in the morning/late hours of the night and Mac Dre was not driving a car that was his

-It was the night after a show and there apparently an altercation in the club and a dispute with the promoter because Mac Dre thought he was there as an appearance and wasn't paid to perform. . . why has this promoter never been looked at as a possible subject. Who was the promotional company in Kansas City

-This is before everyone smart phones were readily available. Even if he had spotters with phones waiting on the strip, how would they be able to communicate the position of the car in time for them to conveniently pull up behind them on the highway

I do think it's likely something more to this than they would have us believe. Mac Dre and Dubee were riding in a van that nobody knew they were driving. They probably up in the early morning getting some Backwoods from the store because as they were probably in the turn down hour . . not many other people in the entourage were up at that hour
