whats funny about the HR is im not sure than many people know this

but it was actually funded and orchestrated by America. Long story short

France were an emerging power in the midst of the French Revolution and even had colonies in modern day California.

American had just gained independence and were trying to expand territory

If France were able to form a strong hold in the Caribbean

The French would of been able to build up a forceful attack against the US, and take the US for themselves
