So many reports of Jimmy Iovine/Interscope playing backstage politics to get Fif over, I wonder why they never tried to utilize the courts when Murder Inc was supposedly spreading out a forged govt document that cited 50 as a snitch. I mean, that's a felony in 50 states, and you had Irv and Ja going to radio stations and reading it verbatim. It would've literally took the lawyers at Interscope a matter of mins to destroy Murder Inc over this, and possibly Def Jam too.
I mean, really, think about it. Isn't it strange how Jimmy, Dre, and Em willingly overlooked an opportunity to prove, factually, that the Inc were the desperate frauds that 50 was making them out to be. And an opportunity to send some black men to prison, which I know is a sight that Jimmy Iovine/Dre would love to see.
shyt, even Irv's actions make no sense when you think about it from his perspective. This guy had Ja silenced to avoid hurting the fed case, yet he is on the radio reciting a gov't document that was forged (according to 50 and his stans that is). That's a 2nd degree felony, which at max carries 7 years in prison. And why didn't the Feds press Irv about this? They could've easily put Irv away on this, since all they would've to do was turn on the radio for evidence.
shyt, none of this makes any sense. Like really, how did Murder Inc avoid facing any sort of penalties for falsifying state documents about 50 cent?
Maybe, just maybe, the order of protection was valid and 50 is a snitch?
