The vast majority of people are good. The problem has never been individuals, the problem has always been groupthink. People are followers and the majority of them will do whatever it takes to fit in. If you'll notice there are certain people you'll meet who are completely cool when you're interacting with them one on one but turn in to complete a$$holes/bytches when they get around their friends. Thats why I prefer to interact with individuals as opposed to groups

it come with the selfishness because people nowadays would only do something if it benifitted them 9/10 (I do it too)
example like if some random person needed a ride somewhere, a person would most likely make up an excuse or say no, but if this person had a $20 bill then that answer would likely change....
