I can totally see that, but whats the point now ya know? Especially when you're sorely lacking heels on the roster.

when the crowd dictates everything it's tough to "heel" someone up without a storyline swerve, and the way the writers have been lethargic about these things it almost never happens. I can't remember the last time I saw a swerve or a heel or face turn that wasn't dictated by the crowd.
