The warriors closing lineup....can any team match up ?

There's a couple of teams that can do this. I think Milwaukee is better suited

1) Michael Carter Williams ( Defense on Klay Thompson)

2) Giannis ( Would make life hell for Steph Curry) 6'11 shooting guard and plays with the ball in his hand.

3) Khris Middleton ( matches up and bothers Barnes)

4) Jabari Parker ( can play small forward against igudola)

5) Greg Monroe ( Would make life hard for draymond)

yes, but lack of experience.. they will end up gettng mixed by plays and foul for no reason..

the best defense is to play curry off the ball.. so MCW follow curry every where..

whoever curry guards... eats

Osh smith is shooting 27% on 3's this year. the warriors will gladly give him open shots to his hearts contempt.

If pierce was 30 you could play him at the 4 with blake, lance (if he's not being a headcase, he's a ok defender), JJ and CP3

But to answer this thread, lots of teams can go "small" to match the warriors

But to answer this thread, lots of teams can go "small" to match the warriors

Matching means equalling the impact they have on offense AND defense. Half those teams you mentioned don't even have close to the right balance.

They'd be able to come down the court and do to the Warriors what they do to everyone else, which is forcing them to switch and rotate more than they'd like

That teams gets smoked because Monroe would be involved in the PnR with Curry and Draymond, the issue isn't that you can't score on them, it's that on defense your big is going to be put into a situation where he ends up on Curry.

There isn't enough shooting to get them to rotate much either.
